General Information about Tickets and Discounts

Reservations
Reserved tickets must be picked up within one week.
Reserved tickets to be paid for in cash at the box office on the night of the performance must be picked up at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.
We will stop accepting reservations one hour prior to a performance.
Tickets by mail
We would be happy to mail your tickets to you!
A postage fee will be charged for mailing tickets
Within Austria: 1.45 euros
To foreign countries: 2.18 euros
Tickets may be charged to a credit card: Visa, Diners, Amex, Mastercard
Payment by invoice and bank transfer payment slip is possible only for tickets to LIVA events! This is not possible for tickets to guest productions.
Discounts
Orders of 10 tickets or more will receive a discount of 10%. (This does not apply to subscriptions.)
Side seating (in Orchestra Rows 1-5) offered at reduced prices will be indicated in parentheses for each performance
Standing Room Tickets
go on sale at the box office one hour prior to a performance (with the exception of performances for which seating is on a first-come basis).
Tickets for Young People
are made available only on the day of a performance at the Brucknerhaus Service Center. Students, apprentices and young men performing mandatory military service or alternative civilian service age 27 and under with proper identification are entitled to a discount.
Discounts are not given on tickets to concerts in the Full Season Subscription series.
Other Discounts
Members of the Ö1 Club and the Presto Association are entitled to a 10% discount on tickets to LIVA events.
Severely handicapped persons (70% reduction of the capacity to work) and their escort (as specified in the person’s identification card) are entitled to a 50% discount.
Wheelchair Spaces
Tickets for wheelchair spaces are available at the Brucknerhaus box office. |
