Tickets remain valid and do not have to be exchanged if no other information is given. If you are unable to attend the new date, tickets for LIVA's own events can be returned at the respective advance booking office up to one month before the new date. Ticket withdrawals are also possible by post or email. Please send your tickets or a photo of your tickets including your contact details and your bank details (IBAN / BIC) to email@example.com or Brucknerhaus Linz, Service Center, Untere Donaulände 7, 4010 Linz.
Please note that remittances can be delayed due to the increased workload.
