Current audience information

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Audience,

It is the task of Austrian health policy to protect the population as best as possible from the dangers of the ongoing Corona pandemic. As you have certainly gathered from the current announcements of the federal government and the district administration of Linz, the first opening steps for art and culture can now also be taken as the vaccination programme progresses. The LIVA Linzer Veranstaltungsgesellschaft welcomes this decision and will resume current event operations in all its venues in accordance with the official requirements.

The top priority of LIVA as a leading institution and premium provider of first-class live events remains the safety of its visitors. The core of this is the comprehensive security concept in LIVA's venues, which was successfully established last year as the first among Austrian cultural organisations. In addition, the LIVA's performance activities are ideally complemented in the summer by numerous outdoor events, such as the top-class Brucknerhaus serenades, the new LINZ AG "FrischLuft" stage at the Posthof, the popular Kuddelmuddel summer workshops for children and young people, or the diverse opportunities around the LIVA sports parks Lissfeld, Pichling and Auwiesen.

"We have done an enormous amount of preparatory work in the past weeks with a comprehensive safety concept, investments in new infrastructure and an exciting summer programme and are well prepared for the long-awaited opening from the Brucknerhaus to the Posthof, in the Kuddelmuddel children's cultural centre and also in the LIVA sports facilities. I am extremely pleased that we are once again able to contribute such necessary, enriching encounters and experiences for our society with our cultural and sporting offerings, and I cordially invite our audience to join us." (Dietmar Kerschbaum, artistic director of LIVA, artistic director of the Brucknerhaus)

For continuously updated information on the individual events, please refer to the respective program pages on the homepages of the LIVA houses (Brucknerhaus, Posthof, Kuddelmuddel, LIVA Sport). In July and August the Service Center in the Brucknerhaus is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in person and by telephone on 0732 / 775230 or by e-mail to kassa@liva.linz.at. We are looking forward to your visit!

The management of LIVA continues to be in constant contact with the authorities in order to be able to take immediate and correct action in the event of measures being necessary at short notice. Recommended protective measures and frequently asked questions on the subject of coronavirus can be found on the AGES homepage at www.ages.at/coronavirus, 24-hour hotline: 0800 555 621.

SAFE AT THE BRUCKNERHAUS LINZ

For maximum safety and a carefree concert and event visit at the Brucknerhaus Linz, we have summarised the following information for you.
A valid 3G certificate (tested negative, recovered or vaccinated) must be presented at the entrance. If these criteria are met, the mask requirement is waived. The entire cleaning and stewarding staff has been increased to ensure maximum hygiene throughout the Brucknerhaus Linz. The ventilation systems in the entire house are operated at maximum capacity with 100% permanent fresh air in order to ensure the removal of aerosols as well as possible. The entire air volume is replaced by fresh air at least 3 times per hour. In terms of contact tracing, the basic customer data (name, address, telephone number/email address) of all visitors are registered when tickets are purchased.

Please adhere to the following regulations:

Be sure to bring your 3G proof: "tested negative, recovered or vaccinated". The 3G proof will be checked by the security staff before entering the Brucknerhaus Linz.

The following proofs are valid for the concert visit:

  • Antigen test for self-application via QR code (max. 24 hours).
  • Antigen test taken in an official test lane (max. 24 hours)
  • PCR test (max. 72 hours)
  • Proof of second vaccination, which must not be more than 270 days old.
  • Proof of an infection that has taken place and has currently expired - e.g.
    • by means of antibody proof (must not be older than 3 months)
    • by means of a certificate of isolation (must not be older than 6 months)

If you feel ill, if there is a suspicion of infection and/or if you have had contact with a positive person in the last 14 days, we must urge you to stay away from the event.

VISITOR REGISTRATION

Due to the requirements of the German government, we would like to ask you to register with us when you attend the concert. For this purpose, we have placed QR codes on the backrests of the auditorium seating (directly in front of your seat), which you must scan with your smartphone

  1. Scan the QR code: Point the camera of your smartphone at the QR code or use a QR scanner (free apps designed for this purpose can be found in the respective app store).
  2. Fill in data: Scanning opens a website where you can enter your name, email, phone number and address. Click on "Register" and you are already registered, which is confirmed by the green tick.
  3. Even faster the next time: your data remains stored on your smartphone - the next time you check in, all you have to do is scan the QR code and you are automatically logged in.

If you don't have a smartphone or have difficulties registering, you can fill out a contact form by hand in the foyer.
