As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. As part of this event, photographs will be taken by the visitors of the event for the purpose of documentation and promotional purposes. Publication may take place in image folders, brochures and print media, on television and the Internet, and at public events. Photographs are subject to scrutiny by the person in charge before publication in order not to violate legitimate interests of the person depicted.
