Do you have a question about the Brucknerhaus and what´s on offer here?
Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions. Should the answer you need not appear, you are welcome to ask at our Service Centre.

I have booked my tickets on Brucknerhaus online, but I have not received an email confirmation of the booking. Have my tickets been reserved?
When you book tickets online you should receive a confirmation by email. If you don´t receive it, please check in your spam file, in case the mail has unintentionally landed there. If this is not the case, please contact our Service team on: +43 732 77 52 30, to get the confirmation of your reservation.

My tickets have been lost. Can the Brucknerhaus help?
Unfortunately it can happen that tickets are stolen or lost. If we have saved your name when the tickets were booked we can identify them and print replacement tickets out, on presentation of an identity card.

Is photography allowed in the Brucknerhaus concert halls?
In the Brucknerhaus concert halls photography and filming is absolutely forbidden. Should you see a photographer at an event, this is a house photographer who works with the express permission of the artist, and has to follow strict guidelines.

Is smoking allowed in the Brucknerhaus concert halls?
Smoking is forbidden in the Brucknerhaus concert halls, as it is in all public buildings.

Is it possible to hire the Brucknerhaus, and are there guided tours?

Yes, it is possible to rent the whole house with its infrastructure (technology, dressing rooms, staff), as well as the separate concert halls. Detailed information about prices and availability can be found under rentals or from Mr. Harald Hechwartner on +43 732 7612 2202 or harald.hechwartner@liva.linz.at. He is also responsible for guided tours.
